Database of entrepreneurs and institutions
Database of entrepreneurs operating on the territory of Wałbrzych can be found on the website www.prod.ceidg.gov.pl supervised by the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technological Development. In order to see data concerning entrepreneurs in Wałbrzych please open the “Database of entrepreneurs” tab, and then enter Lower Silesian Voivodeship and the City of Wałbrzych in the searching criteria. After entering the code indicated in the picture visible in the lower part of the site click the “Search” icon.
As of September 2018 there were 5 422 entities in the databases.
Database information:
-
the name and surname of the entrepreneur,
-
company name,
-
national identification number,
-
REGON number,
-
data concerning the kind of business activity according to the Polish Classification of Activity,
-
address where the business activity is conducted as well as the starting date of business activity,
-
date of potential suspension of business activity.
Entries of particular entrepreneurs may be saved or printed out. It is assumed that the data entered in the Central Registration and Information on Business are true. If the data entered in the Central Registration and Information on Business are inconsistent with the application form or there were entered without it, a person entered in the Central Registration and Information on Business cannot plead towards the third party, acting in good faith, the charge that the data are not true if after being notified about the entry the person failed to immediately file for clarification, completion or deletion of the entry. A printout from the Central Registration and Information on Business database is in compliance with the provisions of law (Act of March , 2018 on Central Registration and Information on Business and Information Desk for Entrepreneurs) and pursuant to the certificate of entry in the Polish Central Registration and Information on Business.
